30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If Sayang Sleep Strips don’t feel right for you, you can return one box within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

This guarantee applies once per customer and is designed to give you peace of mind while you experience your first box.

The box may be opened. Please return any remaining strips and the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at hello@sayang.com.au with your order number and reason for return (optional). We’ll reply with simple instructions and a prepaid return label.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@sayang.com.au with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

The 30-day money back guarantee applies to your first delivery only and covers one box. Future subscription renewals can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime before the next billing date.
