30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If Sayang Sleep Strips don’t feel right for you, our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee covers one 30-strip box only within 30 days of delivery.

This applies whether you purchased a 1-month, 3-month or 6-month supply. If you purchased a multi-box supply, we’ll refund the amount paid for one box based on the price of your pack. The remaining boxes in your order are not covered by the guarantee.

The guarantee applies once per customer and is designed to give you peace of mind while you experience your first box.

The box may be opened. Please return any remaining strips and the original packaging.

Return shipping is on us. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label at no cost.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at hello@sayang.com.au with your order number and reason for return (optional). We’ll reply with simple instructions and a prepaid return label.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method as soon as possible. After the refund has been processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@sayang.com.au with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

The 30-day money back guarantee applies to your first delivery only and covers one box. Future subscription renewals can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime before the next billing date.
